We are proud of the fact that we have been successfully active in the market as a medium-sized forwarding and logistics company for over 30 years.

Our values are based on the basic values of the Hanseatic Honourable Merchant. We are Hanseatic, cosmopolitan, fair and authentic – a handshake is as valid as a given word!

We attach great importance to long-term partnerships, responsible action as well as transparency and trust. These principles have made it possible for us to successfully carry out our mission to this day – a medium-sized, individual forwarding company with absolute service principles and a certain open ear for the needs of our customers.

Our company is committed to promoting and implementing ethical and responsible business practices. Our Code of Conduct describes the principles and values that all employees, managers and business partners must adhere to.

Job security and health:

The safety and health of our employees is a top priority. We ensure that our workplaces are safe and that our employees have all the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks safely. We comply with all applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations and are committed to ensuring that our employees are not forced to work overtime or unreasonable workloads. We promote compliance with break regulations and the provision of adequate break rooms.

Minimum wages:

We are committed to ensuring that our employees receive a wage that is at least equal to or higher than the legal minimum wage. We respect the right to collective bargaining and support fair pay structures. We strive to avoid wage inequalities and ensure fair wage distributions.

Accordingly, we also oblige all subcontractors to comply with the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG).

Child labour

We reject any form of child or forced labour. The minimum age for employment with us is 16 years.
